The 2024 Peking University International Students Chinese Speech Contest was successfully held from November 26 to 27 in Room B101 of the Fang Lee Building.
This contest has long been a featured component of the Peking University International Culture Festival. It is jointly organized by the University's Office of International Relations and the School of Chinese as a Second Language.
The final round featured 30 contestants from 17 countries, including the UK, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Finland, Belgium, Russia, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Kazakhstan. These students represented a diverse range of academic backgrounds, hailing from seven different schools and departments across the university.
